Still in the basement we have ample space of 50m2 for laundry, storage, technical areas or a wine cellar, served by a support sanitary installation. Ventilation and lighting of the basement is foreseen through the west gable of the house.
From the street, access to the ground floor is via a gate, where the connection points to the infrastructures are located (EDP, Water, Gas, Internet) or internally through the basement, via an access staircase that serves the 4 levels.
